I loved the hotel's convenient location to Europa Park, which is just 1.5 km away. The staff members were very pleasant, and the air conditioning was excellent, which is necessary during summer. Also, the hotel's interior was nicely decorated with comfortable and new rooms.

The hotel's proximity to Europa Park is one of its few redeeming qualities. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being really close to the amusement park, making it easy for families with children or those looking for a fun day out. the location is very near to Europa park, which is a plus for those who want to save on transportation costs.
The check, in experience was terrible. the staff left the keys in a paper bag at reception and misspelled our family name on the key label.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Europa Park and there were plenty of activities to choose from during Easter. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Complimentary beverages and snacks were available, which was nice after a long day of exploring.
Our stay was marred by the noise level of other guests. It was difficult to get a good night's rest due to loud and unruly groups staying in nearby rooms.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was in close proximity to popular attractions, making it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge in our room, stocked with cold drinks and snacks - a nice touch. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome.
The noise level in the hotel was high and there was no effort made to quiet loud guests. We had trouble sleeping at night because of this.
